Conference "Logistikmanagement 2013“

At the Logistics Management Conference 2013, the Department of Management and Logistics was represented by two presentations. From the 11th to the 13th of September the German logistics researchers met at the University of Bremen to discuss current research topics. Cora Bogusch and Jan Tränkner presented theoretical explanations for the barriers in the implementation of multi-user warehouses under the title “How Multiuser Warehouses can be Designed to Succeed – A Research on Influences and Barriers”. The contribution of Professor Elbert and Lowis Seikowsky “Service Engineering Blueprint for Logistics Service Providers – A Framework for Product and Process Solutions” dealt with models for the solution of principal-agent management problems that can occur during the development of logistics services.
