All good things are worth waiting for: We are happy to share the new issue of Logistics Research at Emerald Publishing.

The issue includes the special issue “Digital Transformation in Transport and Logistics”, guest edited by Prof. Ralf Elbert and Hongjun Wu, with contributions on air cargo logistics automation, digital airport process management, and supply network resilience.

The issue also features regular papers on highly relevant topics in logistics and supply chain research, including machine learning for global supply chain structures, the Physical Internet, human–robot collaboration in warehouse order picking, and circular supply chains in the textile and fashion industries.
